you will receive a reply message with a URL detailing where
you may go retrieve the SURNAME data which you have requested
That SURNAME data will be on-line only 24 hours.

Only put a ONE-word SURNAME (no spaces)
 (read above line one more time)

When submitting your request, press SUBMIT once and WAIT ! ! !
( common surnames will take longer to make the datafile - but - WAIT !)
