Subscription Costs and Payment Options

We have a SECURE - SSL - server now

to accept GenServ subscription updates from current
subscribers using VISA or Mastercard credit cards.

Five Categories of Supporting Access (see below)

Subscriber GEDCOM DATA is required for access to the GenServ system.
The First Requirement to be a Member or subscriber of the GenServ System
is to send us your own family genealogy GEDCOM database.

Only - One US Dollar a month

for full access to all GenServ Data

We only accept Credit Card Approval requests from those who have sent us a GEDCOM datafile, and we have loaded it on this system. A new subscriber MUST HAVE a GenServ ID prior to use of Credit Card Authorization, but you may send us a GEDCOM datafile and personal check via postal mail anytime.

We have SECURE SSL, and do not retain any part of credit card numbers used on the GenServ servers after the transactions have been made. This policy is to insure privacy of credit cards numbers used for upgrading subscriptions on this system.

Our Rates are in US Dollars. For our non-US subscribers: your credit card will be billed in US Dollars and will be converted to your currency by your credit card company.

The annual and renewal subscription rates are same.

TRIAL access is FREE for only one 15 day period of time, after we load
the GEDCOM data for that new subscriber.

Senior + + is defined as person over 60 years old + + Senior
(Over age 60 is not checked and does not need to be verified.)

Student is defined as a person attending school full time

Access to the data on this system will not be given to any subscriber until
we receive and load their GEDCOM data.

PLEASE NOTE: GenServ is supported only by subscribers
We are 100% - volunteer operated

We do accept personal checks and money orders in US Dollars.
